जिला न्यायलयो मे जज बनने के लिए अभ्यर्थी को pcs(j) की परीक्षा मे शामिल होना चाहिए| यह परीक्षा uppsc द्वारा आयोजित होती है|उम्मीदवार जो लॉ ग्रेजुएट (LLB) हो,उम्र 21-35 वर्ष हो ,वे आवेदन कर सकते है| sc/st को उम्र मे 5 वर्ष की छूट है व obc को 3 वर्ष की| सामान्य वर्ग के अभ्यर्थी अधिकतम 4 बार,ओबीसी 7 बार व st/sc के लिए कोई सीमा नही है|
Uttar pradesh public service commission (UPPSC) every year conducts a state level open common competitive written examination for the recruitment of Civil Judge junior Division. Selection of the eligible candidates for Civil Judge will be done through the UP Judicial service written examination. Commission every year publishing notification in the month of may or June for the recruitment Civil Judge. All law graduates can fill application form for Civil judge entry level public service of commission will invite online application form through the official website of uppsc. Selection of the eligible candidates will be done through the preliminary examination, main examination and personal interview test.
Education Qualification : Graduation Degree in law . Or an Advocate enrolled under the provisions of the Advocate Act 1961 or a Barrister of England or Northern Ireland or a Member Faculty of Advocates in Scotland and is entitled to practice in the Court or Courts subordinate thereto; (C) Must possess thorough Knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri Script Age Limit: minimum 22 year and maximum 35 years. Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be done through three stage selection process. Stage 1 : Preliminary Examination ; first of all a state level preliminary examination will be held for all candidates. pre exam of civil judge will be held for screening purpose. Pre exam will be held at various examination centers.The nature and standards of questions in this paper will be such that a well educated person will be able to answer them without any specialized study.
Candidates can also deposit application form fee online as well as offline via SBI E Challan. Application form will be only accepted when application form fee will be deposited before the last.
